10 Hours - Day Shifts

Full time

Weekly Hours: 40.00

Hours: 5:30am - 6:00pm | 10 or 12-hour shifts available

On-Call: Take Call 1 Weekend Every 5 weeks, 1 Weekday every week and 1 to 2 Holidays per year.

Associate's degree in cardiovascular technology or equivalent experience is required.

Possesses expert knowledge in cardiovascular technology, including pharmacology and advanced cardiac rhythm management.

Possesses a thorough understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, hemodynamic principles, X-ray techniques, and emergent and routine cardiac care.

An accepted offer will require a drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.

Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) within 12 months of hire is preferred.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) if applicable to position is preferred.

Depending on location Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) within 12 months of hire is required.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required within 6 months of hire

$2540 per week.

Every other weekend.

Generally no call, unless planned for events like the Rally at Rapid City Hospital.

Work holidays that fall within the contract dates.

May request up to 7 days off if the department can accommodate; must extend the contract if taking a full week off.

Approved time off does not waive contracted weekly hours.

Respiratory Therapist

2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required.

AA completion required.

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

Travel only, local not allowed

Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Critical care and general respiratory care experience required.

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months

BLS (Basic Life Support)

RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
