Night Shift

Monday - Wednesday, 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM and Thursday, 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM plus applicable Overtime on Thursday.

Part-Time

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to members, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to research data and make accurate decisions.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to use and operate Contact Management systems, 10-key, faxes, copiers, scanning equipment, drive-up equipment, and Internet software (spread sheets and word processing).

Must complete ongoing sales and service training

Ability to pass Graco checklist for Level 1 Machinist.

Have completed at least a 2-year qualified machining program or have at least 4 years of equivalent prior machining experience.

Ability to read and understand CNC programs and operational layouts.

Proficient in use of a computer and ability to learn required applications.

Familiar with applicable tooling and support tool handling and use requirements.

Mechanical ability to perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machines.

Demonstrated skill in precision measurements.

Must be able to frequently stand or walk; and occasionally sit.

Position requires frequent bending and stooping, occasional use of fixed or portable stairs, crouching and kneeling and reaching above the shoulder.

Must occasionally lift and load up to 40 lbs.

Requires frequent repetitive elbow movements and simple grasping with both hands and occasional firm grasping and fine manipulation with both hands: (lifting, dexterity, coordination, mobility, etc)

The hourly range for this role is between $21.00 - $30.50.

Second shift tubing team

Second shift works 2pm - 10pm

Domestic and international travel required and could include weekend travel depending on the project.

Experience with various test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Preferably with optoelectronic or telecommunications equipment.

Familiarity with fiber optic technology and associated test equipment (e.g., optical power meters, OTDRs) is a plus.
