Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split

Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays

CDL-A

Have a valid Class A commercial driver's license

Must have 3 months of experience

Be a member of a pre-made team. We are only recruiting existing teams, and both team members must apply to this position

Be at least 21 years of age

Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical

Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements * _Not required to apply, but must be acquired_

Physical Therapist

Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in-

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

1+ related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care to ensure that knowledge and skills are sufficient to safely provide physical therapy services to patients

If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required as well as appropriate mentoring and/or participating in a residency program

Current CPR certification

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
