Minimum of 7 years of progressive construction estimating experience.
Experience estimating multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, or similarly complex construction projects.
Strong proficiency in performing quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, pricing strategies, and subcontractor bid evaluation.
Solid understanding of construction means and methods, project sequencing, and scope development.
Experience evaluating project risks and identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness and value.
Proficiency with construction estimating software tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including tools for documentation, analysis, and scheduling.
Experience in commercial construction and preconstruction environments.
Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
Experience with viewpoint or comparable project and financial management systems.
Experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
