Machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience operating grinding equipment preferred
Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
Proficiency using precision measuring instruments
Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs
This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
