Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
The employee is frequently required to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools, etc., move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, traverse flat and uneven terrain, work in an overhead position and/or reaching, adjust or move objects of 100+ lbs. in all directions, lifting and placing objects of 100+ lbs.
Operate machinery and power tools
Operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts
Able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (on-call property emergencies).
Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.
