Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Engineering or related fields.
Ten (10) years of production experience, including as a line manager, with demonstrated capability to lead a larger group of people, with successful experience in leading change or implementation of major change (new processes, start up, expansion, introduction of new system), and experiences in different environments (other sites, projects, or expatriation).
