Able to perform checks of field data to ensure accuracy.
Knowledge of Cat 1A, Cat 1B, Cat 6, ALTA, topographic, construction layout, as-built, tree, elevation certificates, and other surveys.
Knowledge of basic First Aid for outdoor/work-related injuries.
Able to operate, set up, and troubleshoot all survey related equipment and software.
High school diploma/GED diploma required.
Knowledge of file transfer protocols and the basic operation of Windows and Android operating systems.
Knowledge of basic field survey procedures, materials, and survey related equipment.
Must be dependable and reliable regarding punctuality and attendance.
Able to perform basic arithmetic and mathematical calculations.
Able to balance job workload & scope to accommodate demands of the job and meet or exceed client expectations.
Able to lead, manage, work on, and positively motivate a team.
Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets our insurance requirements.
Able to communicate survey work performed with: clear & accurate field notes, properly shot & coded data collector files, contextualized field photos, and daily time sheets.
Able to interpret deeds, plats, surveys, tax maps, ROW/utility plans, and other documents containing survey-related information.
