Valid Driver's License and clean driving record, with minor driving infractions as determined by the Company.
Able to lift and move items frequently, up to 50 pounds.
Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Able to work in inclement weather (i.e. rain, snow, cold, heat, etc.)
This position requires you to be on-call on a rotation basis with other Maintenance team members.
One year certificate from college or technical school; and/or 3+ years' experience/training
Three to 6 months related experience and or training; or
Equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Must be a team player and dependable along with being able to take direction and work independently.
Utilize scissor lift for painting, cleaning, changing light bulbs (lift operation certification obtained with training by company).
Drive company vehicles to purchase supplies and dispose of large fixtures, excess waste, etc.
Computer literacy including management, and close-out maintenance work orders in Yardi.
Actively participate in weekly maintenance meetings.
Perform all duties within required safety standards.
