Minimum 6 years of aluminum industry experience
Technical knowledge of aluminum cast house equipment and processes

Experience in industrial capital project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within diverse populations
Must work independently, without supervision, exercising discretion and judgment

Associate/Technical Degree. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience demonstrating the required skills and abilities needed to successfully perform the job.

SolidWorks experience required; SW certification a plus.
PC-based computer experience including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential; SAP experience a plus.
Basic knowledge/understanding of industry standards (ISO, etc.) and codes.
