Typically has 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of experience leading frontline teams in a warehouse, distribution, production, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Experience managing employee performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
Working knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the warehouse floor supporting associates and operations.
Ability to work evening and overnight schedules in a fully onsite leadership role.
