Typically requires 1+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting facility maintenance programs, work order systems, or building operations.
Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or automation equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to walk throughout large facilities, access equipment areas, climb ladders, and perform facility inspections.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in varying warehouse or facility conditions, including exposure to equipment noise and temperature fluctuations.
