Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Inspect gloves at various production stages (pre-cure, post-cure, packing) for defects such as holes, tears, discoloration, or deformities
Conduct standard quality tests (e.g., air leak test, water tightness, tensile strength, elongation) per industry regulations
Monitor production conditions (temperature, humidity, chemical concentrations) and document deviations
Perform sampling and testing of incoming raw materials (e.g., latex/nitrile compounds, accelerators, pigments)
Accurately record and report inspection and test results in QC logs or digital systems
Identify non-conforming products and isolate them for further review or disposal
Collaborate with the production team to investigate and correct quality issues
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and applicable health and safety regulations
Assist in preparing quality reports, audits, and regulatory documentation
Maintain cleanliness and calibration of QC instruments and testing equipment

Shift: Rotating every 2 weeks (1st 7a-4p, 2nd 3p-12a, 3rd 11p-8a)
