Provide excellent service and an exceptional shopping experience. Process special orders, assist customers with warranty claims, and communicate with manufacturers and vendors.
Process customer payments for work completed at a register
File warranty claims in a timely manner

Order, receive and maintain small engine parts stock levels
The Small Engines Parts Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to our customers. They will also stock, sell and order various small engine parts.
Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures
Proficiency working with computer systems to enter jobs, file warranty information and assist with finding parts
Utilize computer systems to initiate and complete customer work orders
Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
Assist customers by loading and unloading products
Able to pass a background check
Prior Retail experience preferred

Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems.
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
High school diploma or GED preferred. (required in certain states)
Must be 18 years or older.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation.
Must pass criminal background checks, central registry check (in applicable states) and child abuse registry (in applicable states).
Must complete and pass a drug test, in applicable states.
Ability to work within BSLS programs as approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
Ability to physically and emotionally work with individuals who possess mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
Duties performed routinely require exposure to blood, bodily fluid, and tissue.
