Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits according to company policies and Davis-Bacon requirements
Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and documentation for auditing and regulatory purposes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA, FLSA, and Davis-Bacon requirements
Collect, review, and verify time sheets, work hours, and job codes for multiple construction projects
Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies
Stay current on payroll and construction labor regulations
