High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Familiarity with computer systems and software
Work in tight spaces, crawling, bending, reaching, and twisting

Wear/use safety equipment and supplies
Support lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents
Accurately enter information in Care Tracker
Maintain resident care confidentiality
Adhere to established safety precautions
Assist Elders with daily living functions
Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Report changes in the Resident's condition
Follow established End of Life Procedure
