This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, Business, or a related technical discipline.

At least 12 years of progressive aerospace quality, maintenance/repair/overhaul, repair-station, manufacturing, engineering, or operational leadership experience.

At least 7 years of people-leadership experience, including leadership of site Quality Managers or a comparable multi-site quality organization.

Demonstrated experience with FAA Part 145 repair-station operations and applicable aviation regulatory requirements.

Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role.

Master's degree.

ASQ quality certification, Lead Auditor certification, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

FAA Repairman Certificate experience or prior accountable quality leadership within a repair station.

Experience leading international aerospace repair locations and working directly with aviation authorities and major aerospace customers.

Experience deploying an enterprise electronic quality management system, including ComplianceQuest or a comparable platform.
