Experience supporting aerospace components, flight-critical hardware, or other highly regulated products.
Experience processing manufactured products from raw material through final production.
Familiarity with Siemens NX, Mastercam, or similar CAD/CAM software.
Experience coordinating machining, heat treat, coatings, non-destructive testing (NDT), finishing operations, or comparable manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with aerospace quality systems including AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP requirements.
Experience supporting external processing vendors and special process suppliers.
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation.
Experience supporting cross-functional manufacturing teams focused on quality, delivery, and operational excellence.
