High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical training in construction materials, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus
Prior experience in asphalt testing, paving operations, or construction materials quality control strongly preferred (on-the-job training available)
Familiarity with DOT specifications and quality standards related to asphalt paving are preferred
Relevant certifications such as NETTCP, ACI, or equivalent preferred (or willingess to obtain is required)
Must have a strong attention to detail and proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and flexible hours , including early mornings, nights, and weekends, based on project demands
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Successful completion of PetSmart's Splash training and safety certification program.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
Flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and safety measures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
