Minimum travel is 10-25% of the time depending on projects.
Majority of travel involves day trips, but occasionally overnight trips may be required.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, graphic design and AutoCAD/Revit software programs
Strong proficiency in 3D rendering graphic software programs (Enscape, Lumion, Revit)
Bachelor's Degree and/or master's degree in Architecture curriculum required.
5+ years' experience in architecture
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Enscape, Lumion, or other graphic software required.
AutoCAD/Revit design software skills also required.
Must be able to travel in-state and out-of-state on occasion, which usually would consist of visiting other company locations, attending seminars or business meetings.
License preferred but not required.
LEED and/or sustainable design experience preferred.
