Whippany Actuation Systems will require proof of status before employment

Previous experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies of complex electro-mechanical actuators or similar product, including good wiring practices

Previous J STD-001 soldering experience

Demonstrated mechanical and electrical ability

An ability to use electrical and mechanical measuring instruments and hand tools

Experience reading blueprints, schematics and work instructions

Earn hourly rates of up to $42/hour before expenses

Earn a $500 new driver partner promotion on top of hourly rates up to $42

TLC License Required

Have a valid New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (“TLC”) driver's license

Have more than one year of driving history

Pass a criminal and motor vehicle record background check (SSN needed)

Carry commercial auto liability insurance in line with TLC black car requirements

Will lease and drive an eligible vehicle

To be eligible, you must complete at least 30 hours of driving on the Via platform within 30 days of activation

Midnight Shift: Sunday Night to Thursday night 1030PM-630AM

Training will occur on Day Shift (Monday - Friday 6:30 AM- 230PM) and can last several months

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution

Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 75 lbs

Reliable transportation and a commute distance of around 15 miles

Basic English proficiency (spoken and written)

Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures

Valid work authorization and a willingness to undergo drug and criminal background screenings

Prior warehouse experience preferred, with evidence of heavy lifting and fast-paced operations
