High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, employment policies, and procedural manuals in English.
Ability to add, subtract, and multiply in all units of measure using whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting, hearing, and talking.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
May involve moving or lifting items up to 25 lbs.
Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances. In all circumstances, testing must be completed within 24 hours of notification.
