An active TS/SCI with the ability to complete a counter-intelligence scope polygraph (CI Poly; post-hire).
An active TOP SECRET clearance with access to SCI and CI Polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, physical sciences, mathematics or operations research is desired.
Prior experience as a Navy Nuclear Officer or similar technical/engineering field.
Current/recent Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or equivalent acquisition qualifications.
Familiarity with team and administrative collaboration and analysis tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Access, and Project.
Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) (SysML, UAF) including generating, analyzing and maintaining a digital model, and familiarity using MBSE software such as CAMEO Enterprise Architecture.
PMP or other professional certifications.
