Professional experience building ATS, HR technology, or recruiting-system integrations.

Familiarity with one or more ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avionte, JobDiva, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or SmartRecruiters.

Experience integrating third-party systems through REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, scheduled jobs, file transfers, or data exports.

Strong Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL skills.

Experience modeling and synchronizing interconnected records such as jobs, candidates, applications, submissions, and placements.

Experience designing data synchronization systems where correctness, idempotency, throughput, and recovery from partial failures matter.

Experience processing large volumes of operational data through batching, pagination, incremental synchronization, and backfills.

Familiarity with recruitment marketing attribution, funnel analytics, or operational KPI reporting.

Experience with data reconciliation, historical backfills, migration projects, or customer-specific data repair.

Experience building integrations through reporting interfaces, scheduled exports, SFTP, or other fallback mechanisms when APIs are incomplete.

Experience engineering and monitoring agentic workflows that interact reliably with systems lacking conventional integration interfaces.

Familiarity with data warehouses, analytics pipelines, or business intelligence systems.

Experience working in a small startup environment where engineers own ambiguous technical and customer problems end to end.
