At least 2 years of commercial construction experience, preferably in roles supporting field operations or supervision.
Practical experience in construction management or construction supervision within commercial project environments.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, including blueprints, plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings.
Experience with field operations and site coordination, including organizing crews and activities on active job sites.
Ability to assist with construction scheduling and look-ahead planning to support project timelines.
Demonstrated skill in subcontractor management and coordination on construction projects.
Knowledge of OSHA 30 standards and construction safety practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Experience with quality control processes and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Capability to manage or support jobsite logistics and material management, including deliveries and storage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to resolving field issues in a timely and practical manner.
Competence in daily reporting and project documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings to guide field activities and verify work in place.
