Has a stable, verifiable work history
Has attained the minimum age of 22 years
Has an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR and PSP with no major preventable accident in the most recent five years
No DUI or DWI convictions or positive drug screens or events in the past five years

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Knowledge of jobsite safety regulations and PPE requirements
Reliable, responsible, and respectful team player
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs (following OSHA standards)
Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, or crouch for 810 hours per day
