Must be located within 25 miles of either office location at 840 E. 59th Street Suite 1227 Chicago, IL 60637 OR 231 Bank of America Career Services Bldg. University Park, PA 16802
Ability to work full time ON-SITE (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
2+ years of hands-on experience working in the medical insurance field, including claims processing, benefits verification, or related functions
High School Diploma / GED

Ability to work a 50-hour workweek (10-hour shifts, 5 days per week) with varied hours, days, night, and weekends as business dictates
Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times per day
Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
Retail Store Manager
Must meet federal requirements to qualify to obtain a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and any applicable local requirements
Ability to verbally communicate effectively and professionally with all audiences (in-person or via handheld transceiver)
