Ability to relocate or commute daily to Fredricksburg, VA area.

Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers
Lift and/or move up to 49 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 50 pounds or more
NETA or ASHRAE certification or commissioning specific education courses
Ability and willingness to travel domestic and internationally for up to 50% of the year. Typical travel is 20%.

The salary for this position has a range of $142,681.00 - $214,021.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
Relocation will be available
Experience in plastics or injection molding, preferably with a quality background.
Proficiency in data analysis, quality software, and reporting tools.
Some international travel will be required
Experience leading teams and operating/managing CMM, CT scan, and other advanced lab equipment.
Advanced education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
