Proficient in engineering, troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with centerless grinding.
GMP knowledge and at least a Six Sigma White Belt certification.
Knowledgeable of CNC machines with servo drives, motors, and PLC troubleshooting and control.
Minimum of an associate degree in engineering or electronics or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting or programming CNC grinders, lathes, or mills.
Analytical ability to develop structured approaches and select design components.
Working knowledge of computer systems and application to machine controls.
Willingness to travel to customer locations for installation, service, demonstrations, and training as needed.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
