High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
2+ years' experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to perform machine setups, tooling changes, offset adjustments, and basic program edits.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, travelers, and work instructions.
Proficiency using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machining practices and production processes.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and mathematical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
