Being on call for after hour emergencies

Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades

Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair

Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation

The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly

Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies

Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs

Full time

5 or more years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing, coatings, industrial finishing, fabrication, or a related industrial environment.

3 or more years of supervisory or management experience.

Working knowledge of powder coating, industrial painting, sandblasting, surface preparation, or comparable industrial finishing processes.

Experience managing employees in a manufacturing or production environment.

Experience with operating budgets, job costing, margins, labor efficiency, inventory, and departmental financial performance.

Experience working directly with manufacturing or industrial customers.

Strong understanding of workplace safety in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, word processing, and common production and business systems.

Familiarity with structural steel products and fabrication environments is a plus.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is desirable. Directly related management and industry experience may substitute for formal education.
