High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in truck repair and maintenance, including diesel and gasoline engines

Proficiency with diagnostic tools, computer-based diagnostic systems, and standard shop equipment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, reaching, and crawling under vehicles

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications in relevant areas such as Brakes, Electrical/Electronic Systems, Diesel Engines, or Medium/Heavy Truck preferred

CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus

Technical or vocational training in diesel mechanics, automotive technology, or a related field

Experience with fleet management systems or CMMS software such as Maximo or Fleet Pro

Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle inspection standards

Familiarity with hybrid or alternative fuel vehicle systems

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed

Prior experience working in a manufacturing, logistics, or commercial fleet environment

Part-time

Flexible evening hours

Monday through Saturday (Wednesdays off)

Starts at 6:00 PM

Flexible start time between 6:00–8:00 PM

10–25 hours per week (varies by route and bank needs)

MUST HAVE Reliable transportation

Active auto insurance (LISTED driver)

A valid driver's license

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

You must be 18 years or older.

For safety reasons, basic English proficiency is required.

You must have a dependable, insured vehicle capable of daily travel.

You must be designated as a (LISTED) driver since you are the person that will be operating the vehicle.

A clean driving record is required.

You must be comfortable driving in Michigan winters and rain.

Ability to use GPS and mobile apps to clock in/out at multiple geographic locations throughout the night.
