Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
At least five years of professional mechanical or product engineering experience.
Demonstrated experience owning the design and release of mechanical components or assemblies.
Proven experience taking a product from concept through validation, production release, and launch.
Proficiency with a 3D CAD platform such as Creo, NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or a comparable system.
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, including mechanical design and product engineering.
Ability to perform and interpret GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Experience with design validation processes and documentation.
Experience in new product development for rotating mechanical products such as engines, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, automotive components, compressors, pumps, transmissions, or hydraulic systems.
Experience in mechanical development and mechanical design for complex assemblies.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems for managing engineering data and releases.
Experience leading DFMEAs, DVP&R; creation, and structured engineering change processes.
