Ability to move throughout campus dining facilities and event locations.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events and student engagement activities.
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Well-versed understanding of multiple information technology systems, including database management, meal plan administration systems, point-of-sale platforms, customer service applications, and other business software used to support dining operations and student services.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for campus events.
