Ability to design and manufacture fixtures that may be needed to complete the job
Minimum of 5 years CNC Programing experience
Understand how to keep the machine in good working order and how all the materials and processes that a CNC is programmed for
Know how to use measuring tools including, calipers, micrometers, thread gages and wires, depth micrometers, etc.
Excellent organization and proven verbal and written communication skills
Experience in either of the two would be extremely helpful
Must pass a background check and drug test

Have a full and strong understanding of how the CNC will be milling components per the material being machined
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of programming experience
Experience with CAM and Mazaks
Ability to read blueprints
Strong math skills are a requirement to successfully perform (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals)
Must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment
Have knowledge of G code, M code, tool selection, grades, tool geometry and coatings
Must be an energetic self-starter and have a strong sense of urgency, and capable of following tasks through to completion
