Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Journeyman's Plumbing license within 12 months of hire.

Requires frequent travel between properties, including overnight travel, as needed.
The Plumber will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of domestic water systems, water heating systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm water systems, gas piping (both threaded and fusion welded), while following recognized procedures and specifications of the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC).
The Plumber will be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of hand and power tools such as sewer snakes, vacuum plungers, acetylene torches, soldering and welding equipment, sewer cameras, pipe locators, and other plumbing equipment.
Physical requirements of the position include, but are not limited to, standing, lifting, and carrying a minimum of 50lbs unassisted, crawling, climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, etc.
Reading building plans and installing according to design specifications.
Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing codes, OSHA, and Company policies.
