Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after hour emergencies

Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades

Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair

Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation

The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly

Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies

Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs

You'll be eligible to earn your EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience

5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience

5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience

5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools

PMP certificate

Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

Starting Pay: $23.82 - 27.26

Experience in chassis/trailer/container repair and maintenance

Knowledge of brake systems, lights, tires, and framework

Must have basic set of hand tools

Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening

Basic welding skills preferred not required
