1 years of experience in a complex healthcare setting in their clinical field
1 year of experience in clinical informatics and Epic Clinical Applications
Aware of and developing in their knowledge and experience of relevant regulatory requirements, such as HITECH, HIPAA Privacy & Security and other CMS regulations and guidelines.
In-depth knowledge of clinical practice, health care administration; patient safety; information and clinical management.
Developing in skills required to support the build and management of data systems and the ability to analyze complex data sets to address clinical, operational, and personnel management issues
Developing in change management, project management skills, including financial and budget management, scheduling and resource management.
Experience in one or more area of quality improvement and IT methodologies. Agile, LEAN, product, Agil, ITIL
License and Certification in applicable clinical field.
Licensure in the state if required by the state board.
