High school diploma or GED, plus completion of a certified welding program resulting in a vocational diploma, or a minimum of two years of equivalent hands-on TIG welding experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in one or more welding processes, including Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG), Metal Inert Gas (MIG), and/or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (Arc), with the ability to consistently produce high-quality welds.

Experience working with specialized materials such as castings and nickel alloys

The ability to pass required welding certification and qualification tests, successfully complete a practical TIG weld test
