3+ years of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Strong data analysis skills.
Will travel approximately 20% (not regularly scheduled).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong engineering fundamentals with a curiosity about materials used in power generation equipment.
Aptitude and interest in developing materials engineering expertise within a manufacturing support environment.
Curiosity about rotating electric machinery, such as generators or motors.
Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
Will willingness to work overtime and off-shift hours as needed to support emergent projects in both office and factory environments.
