Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related technical field, or equivalent military/industrial experience.
Practical knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices related to electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical components and assemblies.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, bills of material, work instructions, and test procedures.
Familiarity with common inspection tools and test instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, multimeters, continuity testers).
Understanding of basic quality principles, nonconformance documentation, and configuration control.
Ability to use email and basic office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) to communicate and document inspection-related information.
Competence in electronic file management, including saving, naming, organizing, and retrieving files in shared network drives or document control systems.
Must be a US Citizen
