8–12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or venture capital, with substantial buy-side transaction experience and demonstrated end-to-end deal ownership
Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities, with working command of transaction mechanics including deal structures and diligence
Ability to develop technical fluency rapidly in enterprise infrastructure
Proficiency applying AI tools to research, analysis, and transaction evaluation
An established network across founders, investors, and advisors that supports proprietary deal sourcing
Experience directing junior deal team members and reviewing analytical work product
