Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 2+ years of relevant work; experience, or a Masters degree in a STEM discipline with 0+ years of relevant work experience

Exposure to test plans and procedures for mechanical systems

Experience participating in test meetings

Exposure to test reports

Exposure to requirement verification

Proficient with MS Office

Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 5+ years of relevant work; experience, or a Masters degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of relevant work experience
