At least 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on large, complex commercial or mission critical construction projects.
Experience in project management and construction management, including coordination of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
Demonstrated ability to manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation in a commercial construction setting.
Experience working on data center, mission critical, or high-tech projects as a Superintendent.
Solid project scheduling skills, including development and maintenance of detailed schedules and look-ahead plans.
Strong Experience in project coordination and project engineering within commercial construction.
Ability to work alongside MEP leaders on technically complex projects, coordinating system integration and commissioning activities.
