Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of professional office, insurance, financial services, legal, call center or similar experience, including high-volume phone correspondence
Experience reviewing documentation, applying policies or procedures, or making decisions within defined guidelines
An applicable resident or designated home state adjuster's license is required for claims adjusters.
