5+ years of experience as an access control and CCTV systems administrator

Ability to perform firmware upgrades, software patching, and device lifecycle management

Experience with rack-and-stack, hardware installation, and commissioning

Ability to investigate and resolve outages, connectivity issues, and performance degradation

Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

Must be available for on-call support rotation (24/7 escalation possible)
