Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, fixturing, feeds/speeds, and CNC troubleshooting.
Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
Ability to read, understand, interpret, and follow written and graphic instructions and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years on machining experience in CNC or engine component machining
Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to interperet technical manuals, schematics and work instructions
Knowledge of and experience with lean manufacturing concepts and methods
Basic computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
