Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining or CNC machine operation experience preferred
Operate a Puma GT 2600 CNC machine in a production environment
Load and unload materials and monitor machine operation throughout the production process
Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and other precision measuring tools
Make machine offsets and adjustments when parts are not meeting specifications
Assist with sanding and deburring finished parts
Remove metal shavings and scrap material, disposing of them properly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Remain on your feet for the duration of the shift in a standing work environment
Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and other measuring tools
Understanding of machine offsets and basic machine adjustments
Ability to perform machine calibration functions and operate machine controls
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
Commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards
