Successful completion of a pre-employment written test is required as part of the selection process.
3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pumps, motors, valves, and power transmission equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment and facility systems with minimal supervision.
Experience performing preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, adjustments, alignments, and mechanical rebuilds.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, technical drawings, and work orders.
Working knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting of motors, sensors, controls, and related equipment.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, grease gun, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
Strong understanding of safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, OSHA requirements, and safe work practices in an industrial environment.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours as needed to support production and maintenance requirements.
Must be able to lift, climb, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in industrial conditions as required
