Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems within commercial or industrial facilities
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between multiple property locations
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights using ladders and elevated work platforms
Working knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and facility systems including pumps, motors, air handlers, and plumbing infrastructure
Familiarity with workplace safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe maintenance practices
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, and technical instructions
